Cat sought with 60,000 TL reward found thanks to the smell of fish

In the Kadirli district of Osmaniye, a cat that went missing last week and for which the owner had announced a 60,000 TL reward for its return was found by a man cooking fish in his garden. The man, who delivered the cat to its owner after it followed the smell of the fish into his garden, received the 60,000 TL reward.

Mehmet Şahbaz, a resident of the Kadirli district, lost his cat named "Gece" last week. Despite searching for his cat street by street, Mehmet Şahbaz could not find it. Finally, after sharing a photo of the cat on social media and announcing a 60,000 TL reward for anyone who found it, Mehmet Şahbaz received numerous tips, but none of them turned out to be "Gece".

A cat approached Ahmet Alişan, a physically disabled individual who was cooking fish in the garden of his home in the Pazar neighborhood of the district. Taking a closer look at the cat, Ahmet Alişan realized it was "Gece," the cat being sought with a 60,000 TL reward. 

Ahmet Alişan kept the cat safe and then notified the owner of the situation.

After the cat's care and check-ups were completed at a veterinary clinic, the owner delivered the promised 60,000 TL to Ahmet Alişan, who had found the cat.
