The actor married mezzo-soprano Asude Karayavuz.

The couple united their lives at the Kadıköy Marriage Office.

Cem Cücenoğlu and Karayavuz later held a celebration at the Şişli Teachers' House.

WHO IS CEM CÜCENOĞLU?

Cem Cücenoğlu (born April 7, 1976, Ankara) is a Turkish actor.

He was born on April 7, 1976, in Ankara. Since his parents were civil servants, he grew up living in government housing. After finishing primary school in Ankara, he moved to Istanbul. In 1995, he was accepted into the Western Music Piano Department at the Müjdat Gezen Art Center Conservatory. There, he took solfège lessons from Esra Karabaş, piano from Şahika Önal, harmony from Önder Bali, orchestration and harmony from Eser Taşkıran, and vocal training from Meltem Taşkıran.

He graduated from the Western Music Piano Department of the Müjdat Gezen Art Center Conservatory in 1999. Since 1999, he has taught piano and organ at various institutions. He worked as a piano teacher. Between 2000 and 2005, he served as an assistant teacher to Eser Taşkıran (orchestration) and Vecihi Akın (instrument knowledge).

He also holds an acting instructor certificate. Later, Cücenoğlu began to focus on acting and throughout his career, he appeared in the casts of series such as Deli Yürek, Cennet Mahallesi, Arka Sokaklar, Akasya Durağı, Dürüye'nin Güğümleri, Ustura Kemal, and Poyraz Karayel, respectively.

He is one of the founders of the Nar Art Istanbul Education and Culture Art Association and is also a member of the Association's Audit Board. Since 2009, he has continued to teach piano at the Private Nar Art Education Course.

In 2017, he performed on theater stages in the play The Seagull, written by Anton Chekhov, with a cast including Boran Kuzum, Ecem Uzun, Fırat Tanış, and Gonca Vuslateri, as well as Serdar Orçin, Sevil Akı, Tilbe Saran, Şerif Erol, and Yasin Bardakçı.

In 2018, he starred in the feature film Kızım ve Ben alongside Cemal Hünal, İrem Helvacıoğlu, and Gizem Hatipoğlu.

Cem Cücenoğlu is the nephew of playwright Tuncer Cücenoğlu.

On June 9, 2013, he married musician Zeynep Eylül Üçer, the bass guitarist of the music group Pinhani.

He divorced his wife and they parted ways on April 4, 2019.
