Charlie Colin, co-founder of the band Train, has passed away

It was stated that Colin lost his life after slipping and falling in the shower while staying at a friend's house in Brussels.

Train is best known for their hit songs "Drops of Jupiter" and "Hey, Soul Sister." Colin was a bassist who co-founded the San Francisco-based band in the 90s alongside Pat Monahan, Rob Hotchkiss, Jimmy Stafford, and Scott Underwood.

The band Train shared a post on their social media account regarding Colin's death. The post included the following statements:

"When I met Charlie Colin, front left, I fell in love with him. He was such a sweet guy and what a handsome guy he was. Let's form a band, that's the only logical thing to do for this. His unique bass and beautiful guitar work helped people notice us in the sci-fi world and beyond. There will always be a warm place for him in my heart. I always tried to pull him close, but he had a vision of his own. You are a legend, Charlie. Go pull those angels' pants down."
