World-famous actress Charlize Theron has put her Hollywood mansion on the market for 3.8 million dollars, or approximately 117 million Turkish Lira.

However, just recently, businessman Saadettin Saran put his villa in the Göktürk Kemer Country estate on the market for a full 290 million Turkish Lira.

PRICES IN LUXURY NEIGHBORHOODS ARE VERY HIGH

Home prices in luxury neighborhoods are also quite high. While 120 million TL is being asked for a 400-square-meter apartment on Abdi İpekçi Street in Nişantaşı, the price stated for a garden duplex for sale at the Ritz Carlton Residence, also in Nişantaşı, is 155 million TL.

In Beykoz Acarkent, the sale price of a 900-square-meter luxury villa is 131 million TL. In Beykoz Anadolu Hisarı, the figure requested for an 820-square-meter villa with a Bosphorus view is 160 million lira.

According to the report in Patronlar Dünyası, the price of a 500-square-meter villa with a pool, also offered for sale in Kemerburgaz, is 143 million TL.
