Commemorative post for Volkan Konak from Berkay Şahin

Volkan Konak passed away at the age of 58 due to a heart attack he suffered while performing on stage in the city of İskele, Cyprus, on the first day of Ramadan Bayram.

Famous singer Berkay Şahin used the following expressions in a post he shared on his social media account:

'A Volkan brother has passed through this world... Every time I think of him, I am left breathless! I swear to God, he spread joy to everyone! I swear to God, there were those he hurt, but I have encountered brothers of mine whom he always made laugh and helped! He was a good person! He was such a good person... What can I say, I am so saddened. When there are so many evil-hearted people who should die instead... My Lord, forgive me, it is not my place to question your judgment, but I am asking why...'

Following the news of his death, Şahin shared moments of himself singing with Volkan Konak and expressed his feelings as follows: 'Including my own family, I have never been one to post about those who have passed away here or to share my grief. But my lion of a brother, my dear brother, MY BROTHER VOLKAN, has departed...'
