It was stated that the rent paid by Mustafa Sandal for his 3+1 luxury apartment remained below the rates of other homes in the complex.
The landlord had filed a rent determination lawsuit to increase Sandal's rent and had requested that the new rent be 170 thousand lira.

Mustafa Sandal received bad news while vacationing in Bodrum. Sandal's landlord won the rent determination lawsuit filed for the 3+1 apartment in Etiler.
According to the report by Eren Gürel from Habertürk, Mustafa Sandal's rent, which was 65 thousand lira, has been increased to 135 thousand lira by court order.
It is said that the rent for homes in the luxury complex where the famous singer resides ranges between 200 and 220 thousand lira.
