The owner of the company that undertook the renovation work, A.A., applied to the prosecutor's office after the incident, alleging that he was made to sign a contract that did not reflect the truth.
According to the report by Halk TV, after Yangibayev fell from the roof, the painter A.A., who was performing the renovation work, was taken into custody.
In his statement, A.A. said that Yangibayev was not his employee, and that Tatlıtuğ's driver had asked him to recommend someone for cleaning work, which led him to recommend Yangibayev.
A.A. alleged that while he was at the police station to give a statement following the incident, Tatlıtuğ's lawyer approached him and had him sign a three-page contract, telling him, "I will help you."
Stating that he did not read the contract, A.A. claimed that an attempt was being made to shift the responsibility onto him through these documents.
WHAT IS IN THE CRIMINAL COMPLAINT PETITION...
Following these allegations, A.A.'s lawyer, Fatma Uluca Telli, filed a criminal complaint with the prosecutor's office against Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ and his lawyer, İ.A.
In the criminal complaint petition, it was claimed that A.A.'s will was compromised while he was in custody, and it was requested that the original copy of the contract he was allegedly made to sign be obtained.
Additionally, an application was made to the Istanbul Bar Association requesting that a disciplinary investigation be launched against İ.A. on the grounds of professional misconduct.
