Date set for Ferdi Tayfur's funeral ceremony
Details regarding the funeral ceremony for Ferdi Tayfur, the singer, composer, songwriter, and film actor who passed away at the age of 79 while undergoing treatment at a hospital, have been announced.
A funeral ceremony for the master artist will be held on Saturday, January 4, at the Atatürk Cultural Center.
According to the statement made by Recep Ergül, President of the Turkish Musical Work Owners Professional Union (MESAM), a funeral ceremony for the master artist will be held on Saturday, January 4, at the Atatürk Cultural Center.
Tayfur's funeral will be laid to rest at the Yeniköy Cemetery following the funeral prayer to be held at the Emirgan Çınaraltı Mosque during the afternoon (ikindi) prayer time.
