It was stated that Bilgen, who did not make any application during this period, has the right to submit an excuse petition to the Provincial Health Directorate within 2 months in order to start her duty. If she does not submit an excuse petition within the specified time, it was stated that she would be able to apply for the next State Service Obligation lottery, which is held every 6 months.
