Ebru Şancı responds to Ceyda Düvenci's 'sanitary pad' call to men with 'advertisement' remark

Famous actress Ceyda Düvenci was a guest on Pınar Sabancı's YouTube program.

During the program, she stated, "We should be able to talk openly about the menstrual period, which is a natural part of being a woman. I cannot understand why this is a taboo. Women menstruate, why shouldn't we be able to say this? I feel comfortable about this subject."

Continuing her remarks, Düvenci suggested, "Men working in companies should keep sanitary pads in their drawers. Because sometimes we can get our period on days we don't expect. A female colleague should be able to ask you, 'Do you have a pad?'"

These words by Düvenci quickly became a trending topic on social media.

Former model Ebru Şancı made a statement that is likely to anger Düvenci.
