Elçin Sangu gives a sharp response to WhatsApp group allegations
Famous actress Elçin Sangu reacted sharply to allegations that Cem Yiğit Üzümoğlu had called for a boycott in a WhatsApp group. She denied the accusations, stating, "I am also in that group, and such a thing never happened."
Regarding the detention of Cem Yiğit Üzümoğlu, an actor in the series 'Şakir Paşa Ailesi: Mucizeler ve Skandallar', commentator Hacı Yakışıklı stated, 'Cem Yiğit Üzümoğlu created a 170-person WhatsApp group' and claimed that instructions on what to do regarding a boycott were given through this group. Following these remarks, famous actress Elçin Sangu stated, "I am also in that group (the actors' union), and such a thing never happened."

Yesterday, 11 people, including famous actor Cem Yiğit Üzümoğlu, were detained as part of a boycott call investigation. While Üzümoğlu was released after giving his statement, TV100 columnist Hacı Yakışıklı said regarding Cem Yiğit Üzümoğlu, "Cem Yiğit Üzümoğlu created a 170-person WhatsApp group. There are also producers who support Üzümoğlu. They are seeking approval from actors by telling them what to do through Ekrem İmamoğlu and through a boycott. The actors then go to the prosecutor's office to file a complaint."
