Emel Sayın underwent surgery: 'I am fine now, but...'
Emel Sayın took the stage at the Bostancı Show Center the other night. Meeting with members of the press before the show, Sayın also made statements regarding her health. The famous artist, who underwent surgery last year, stated that she is doing better now.
Having built a glittering career with her films as well as her musical work, Emel Sayın met with her audience the other evening.
Known by the nickname 'Mavi Boncuk' (Blue Bead), the famous singer chatted with reporters before taking the stage.
Sayın made candid remarks.
'MY HANDS ARE SHAKING'
Emel Sayın expressed her excitement during the conversation she had before going on stage. The artist said, "I always have excitement. Look, my hands are shaking. And on top of the cold, I'm sweating. I always get excited as if it's my first time performing."
'I HAD A SUCCESSFUL SURGERY'
Evaluating her health, Emel Sayın mentioned that she had undergone surgery last year.
Sayın spoke about her health, saying, "There was a problem with my joints. I had a surgery, and that prevented me from working for 6-7 months. I am fine now, but I am careful, and I had a successful surgery. It was a surgery that had a remedy. I have recovered."
