Emina Jahović files lawsuit against ex-husband Mustafa Sandal
Emina Jahović has filed a lawsuit against her ex-husband, Mustafa Sandal, alleging that he has failed to fulfill his obligations under their divorce agreement.
A new legal process has begun between Emina Jahović and Mustafa Sandal, who divorced by mutual agreement in 2018. Jahović claims that Sandal has failed to make the alimony payments stipulated in the divorce protocol and has not met his other financial obligations.
Jahović alleged that Sandal has not been paying the alimony he owes her regularly, and that he has also failed to fulfill his responsibility for car rentals and his commitment to purchase a property in Serbia, as specified in the protocol.
According to the divorce agreement, it was decided that 2 million dollars from the proceeds of the sale of the couple's house in Beykoz would be given to Jahović, and 500 thousand dollars would be set aside for their children's education. It was also stated that custody of the children was granted to the mother.
Emina Jahović has applied to the Istanbul Family Court, stating that Mustafa Sandal has not complied with the provisions of the protocol and has begun to seek her legal rights.
