Emotional tribute from İrem Sak to her father

İrem Sak, who made a name for herself with the series 'Modern Kadın' which she wrote and starred in, lost her father, Dr. Şemsettin Sak, who lived in Sivas, at the age of 75 on September 18, 2024, after he was hospitalized due to a stomach hemorrhage.

İrem Sak shared a post on her social media account on the first anniversary of her father's passing.

The actress, whose longing for her father grows with each passing day, used the following words in her moving message:

"On September 16, 2024, so much of me went with you, my dear father. With the pain of losing you, I realized that I had never truly felt pain before. I have no words to describe what I have lived through for the past year. I still ask both myself and you: Where are you? Sometimes you are in my dreams. You are in my voice when I imitate you. You are in my happiness every time I do a good deed. You are in my eyes in the mirror when I miss you. You are in the memories of those who loved you. You are in the prayers of the patients you rushed to heal day and night. You are on the lips of everyone who found healing. You are in all the streets of Sivas, with that black bag of yours in your hand... You are my greatest witness to how a whole year has passed, father. Until the day we reunite, I will remain standing with the spirituality you taught me; I will strive to be a good person. Your daughter loves you very much."
