According to the indictment, it is alleged that after his request was refused, Bayraktar threatened the owner by saying, "I will not let you stay here, you'll see," and subsequently attacked him with a punch.
Bayraktar, who faces up to 11 years and 3 months in prison due to the charges against him, has arrived at the courthouse for the hearing.
