Television and film actress Ahu Sungur's statements on her Instagram account have become a hot topic.
Stating that acting is a very valuable profession, Sungur expressed that acting is currently being confused with being famous.
'NUDITY IS NOT ACTING'
The 43-year-old actress wrote the following in her pointed post:
"Acting is a very valuable profession. Nowadays, it is confused with fame. Fame is generally the state of being well-known and recognized by everyone for a good, superior quality. However, it is unfortunately obvious that the current state of fame does not necessarily require possessing a 'superior quality'... Real actors come from a discipline. They perform. The performances they exhibit are of high quality. Acting is not a state of being famous in any way. Acting is not about exposing yourself half-naked, nor is it a race to see who is more beautiful and famous. My profession is valuable."
Continuing her posts, Ahu Sungur stated that sex appeal is a phenomenon that comes from a person's nature, and that when she looks around now, she sees a lack of elegance and a form of half-nudity that adapts according to the situation of the person next to them.
'A HALF-NAKED RACE!'
Sungur expressed the following in her post:
"Sex appeal is your physical and spiritual stance that makes you attractive. You cannot limit a person's sex appeal to a costume. For example... That state is a phenomenon that comes from that person's nature. In the way they toss their hair, perhaps in their smile, perhaps in their posture... When I look around me now, I mostly see just a half-naked state. A half-nudity that adapts according to the situation of the person next to them... A half-naked race! Devoid of elegance..."
