Examinations conducted by the Istanbul Provincial Health Directorate determined that unlicensed individuals were performing procedures at the center under the name of "bioresonance therapy." This situation led to a lawsuit being filed against Kaplan.
Kaplan stated that she did not accept the accusations, arguing that the device used at the center was not a medical device and therefore did not require expertise. The famous actress stated that this method was a "bioresonance" technique and did not require any license.
The prosecution is requesting a prison sentence of up to three years for Meral Kaplan.
