Mehmet Toplusoy, son of businessman Turgut Toplusoy, owner of the Roman retail chain, was beaten by security guards at a luxury entertainment venue in Beşiktaş on the grounds that he was causing a disturbance. It was noted that Mehmet Toplusoy suffered three fractures in his face.

In the incident that took place at a luxury venue in Beşiktaş on July 6, 2024, it is alleged that an employee at the entrance of the establishment warned the group to "have fun quietly." Later in the night, an employee approached 20-year-old Mehmet Toplusoy, who was enjoying himself near the DJ booth, and shouted profanities, saying, "Didn't I warn you just now? Get the f*** out of here."

PINNED TO THE GROUND AND STARTED PUNCHING

According to the report by Sabah newspaper, a scuffle broke out between the two, and other employees at the venue allegedly held back Mehmet Toplusoy's friends, preventing them from intervening. During the argument, the person working as a security guard grabbed Toplusoy by the throat, pinned him to the ground, and began punching him.

The young man, who fainted as a result of the blows, found his friends holding ice to his face outside the venue when he regained consciousness. Covered in blood, Mehmet Toplusoy was taken to the nearest hospital by his friends and placed under treatment.
