Karacan, who lost weight rapidly after the surgery and stayed away from the screens during this period, candidly explained how his physical transformation affected his career, saying, "After losing weight, I couldn't find work." Stating that he had difficulty coping with the sudden changes in his life, Karacan drew attention with his words: "I didn't want to separate, but I did; I lost weight, I had to move my house, I changed my job. Inevitably, I couldn't manage this process."

"I WAS HOSPITALIZED, I PAID 6 THOUSAND LIRA A DAY"
Karacan also revealed that he sought professional support due to the difficulties he experienced. Stating that he received treatment at a psychiatric hospital for 52 days upon a doctor's recommendation, Karacan summarized this process with the following words:
"I paid 6 thousand TL per day, and I covered all expenses including meals myself. I made very interesting friends, some of whom I am still in contact with."
