Having provided consultancy for a total of 19 restaurants in Turkey, Germany, and the Netherlands between 2020 and 2022, Uğur Kardaş works in many fields such as menu consultancy, strategic planning, and cost calculation. MasterChef Uğur was the winner of the 2018 season of the competition.
