Fatih Ürek's fortune divided among his siblings
The distribution process for the substantial estate of the late artist Fatih Ürek has been completed. Many valuable assets, ranging from a 170 million TL mansion in Bodrum to a luxury car, have passed to his siblings, though processes regarding the sale of some real estate are still ongoing.
Fatih Ürek, who left a lasting impression on Turkey's entertainment world with his unique style and colorful personality, passed away last October following a heart attack. Following his death, the question of how Ürek's notable assets would be divided among his heirs became a subject of curiosity. During this process, legal procedures were completed, and Ürek's fortune was officially divided between his sisters, Sevli Ürek and Nurgül Fırat.
According to magazine journalist Seyhan Erdağ, the future of one of Ürek's most valuable investments, an 800-square-meter mansion with a garden in Yokuşbaşı, Bodrum, has not yet been finalized. The property in question is stated to have a market value of approximately 170 million TL. It is known that five apartments in Ataşehir, Istanbul, along with his 6 million TL luxury vehicle and various pieces of jewelry, have also been divided among the family. However, it is stated that work regarding the sale or transfer of these assets has not yet been concluded.
The assets accumulated by the famous figure throughout his years-long career are listed as follows: the luxury mansion in Bodrum, five apartments in Ataşehir, a dazzlingly valuable car, and a significant amount of jewelry and cash. All these assets have been distributed among his siblings.
The educational legacy that the artist frequently mentioned in interviews with the press before his passing is once again on the agenda. Ürek had stated his desire to have an educational institution built that would bear his name, saying, "I want to have a school built in my name." Whether any steps will be taken regarding this request following the division of the inheritance remains unknown for now.
