The screen adventure of ATV's ambitious series was short-lived. The production, which had a brief run, is preparing to bid farewell to its audience with its 10th episode. Despite its successful cast and strong storyline, the early finale decision came as a surprise.
Another series has been added to the list of those ending prematurely in recent times. Following productions like Piyasa, Yalı Çapkını, and Zembilli, the end of the road has now appeared for Kardelenler, one of the notable projects on ATV.
According to journalist Birsen Altuntaş, Kardelenler, which began its screen journey just 8 episodes ago, has made an earlier-than-expected finale decision. The series will bid farewell to its viewers with its 10th episode, which will air on April 13.
The series, which features well-known names such as Barış Falay, Uğur Uzunel, Ahmet Haktan Zavlak, Serhat Kılıç, Ece Yaşar, Edip Tepeli, and Ahu Yağtu in its cast, begins with the retired civil servant Arif suffering a heart attack. Following this health crisis, the decision of Arif's children to place their mother in a nursing home and the subsequent events form the main axis of the series. The production is directed by Serkan Birinci.
