First statement from Asena after reconciling with İbrahim Tatlıses

The long-standing feud between singer İbrahim Tatlıses and famous belly dancer Asena has come to an end on a New Year's special program. The pair, who once shared a great romance and had not come together in any setting for 25 years, reunited for the first time during the New Year's filming of 'İbo Show'.

Asena, who took the stage dancing during the program, created emotional moments during her encounter with Tatlıses. Unable to hold back his tears, İbrahim Tatlıses said on stage, "I looked for Asena a lot back then. But I couldn't reach her."

Asena spoke as follows:

"Everything is beautiful in its own time. We came together after 25 years. İbrahim Tatlıses is Turkey's greatest voice; he is an emperor."

FIRST STATEMENT AFTER RECONCILIATION

Following this special meeting, Asena, who took the stage at a hotel in Cyprus, answered journalists' questions about the reunion. When asked, "Will we see you side by side again?" the famous belly dancer made the following statement:

"I have completed what I needed to complete. From now on, I will look to my own path."

Asena also emphasized that she wanted to make peace with her past and close old chapters in her life, stating, "This was me facing my past. I settled accounts with myself and closed the old books."
