First statement from Sinan Albayrak after accident on the set of 'Mehmed: Sultan of Conquests': 'I don't have the strength to talk much'
Actor Sinan Albayrak, who joined the cast of the series 'Mehmed: Sultan of Conquests', was hospitalized after an accident during horse-riding scenes on set. Speaking from his hospital room, Albayrak said, "I don't have the strength to talk much, but I am generally fine."
Serkan Çayoğlu, Selim Bayraktar, and Fikret Kuşkan star in the series 'Mehmed: Sultan of Conquests', where a fire had previously broken out on the set, causing a temporary pause in filming.
This time, a horse-related accident occurred on the set in Kemerburgaz.
ACCIDENT ON SET
Sinan Albayrak, who plays the character of Zağanos Pasha in the series, threw himself off his horse after it became restless and started galloping during a scene involving a large number of extras in cold weather.
The actor, who was taken to a private hospital in Maslak after receiving initial treatment on set, made a statement regarding his health condition.
'THE NEWS REPORTS WERE A BIT EXAGGERATED'
Albayrak said, "I had a minor accident. I don't have the strength to talk much, but I am generally fine. The news reports about me were a bit exaggerated."
