Flash development in the investigation into influencers and celebrities: Derin and Deren Talu gave statements to the prosecutor's office
In the drug investigation conducted in Istanbul targeting singers, actors, and social media influencers, 8 out of 19 people who gave statements tested positive. Among those who tested positive are Deren and Derin Talu. Following the test results, the Talu sisters gave statements to the prosecutor's office.
Within the scope of the investigation initiated by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, 19 people, including famous singers, actors, and social media influencers, were brought to the Istanbul Provincial Gendarmerie Command on October 8 on charges of "using narcotic substances." Statement procedures were carried out for the names included in the investigation file upon the instruction of the prosecutor's office.
HAIR AND BLOOD SAMPLES WERE TAKEN
After the statement procedures were completed, it was requested that the suspects be taken to the Council of Forensic Medicine for drug testing. In the analyses performed on the hair and blood samples taken there, 8 out of 19 people tested positive.
DEREN AND DERIN TALU GAVE STATEMENTS TO THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE
It was learned that Deren Talu and her sister Derin Talu were among those who tested positive for drugs. Both individuals came to the Istanbul Courthouse yesterday evening and gave statements to the prosecutor.
INVESTIGATION CONTINUES
The evaluation process of the findings obtained within the scope of the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office is ongoing.
