Fraud and forgery case against Ferdi Tayfur's daughter and son-in-law
Tuğçe Tayfur, daughter of Ferdi Tayfur, and her husband Muhammet Aydın have drawn public attention due to a fraud and official document forgery case filed against them. The couple is accused of victimizing business partners and failing to deliver products in exchange for payments received.
Tuğçe Tayfur, daughter of the late singer Ferdi Tayfur, who is well-known in the art world, and her husband Muhammet Aydın are facing serious accusations. A lawsuit has been filed against the couple on charges of fraud and forgery of official documents.
According to a report by Sabah, Tayfur and Aydın allegedly collected large sums of money from many people by promising business opportunities through a brand they created. One individual involved in the incident, identified as Ö.A., took the matter to court, stating that they had paid a high amount after being promised a dealership, but the agreed-upon products were never delivered.
Furthermore, it is alleged that a 5 million TL promissory note issued by the couple has been protested and that the number of victims may increase. It was reported that the couple is also accused of issuing fake invoices and falsifying documents in the case.
Tuğçe Tayfur, however, categorically denied the allegations against her. Tayfur argued that they suffered financial losses due to a trademark lawsuit that was ongoing before her father's death, and claimed that although products were sent to dealers, they did not request payment for many of them. In her statement, she expressed that the accusations brought forward do not reflect the truth.
