CZN Burak buys a house for $3.5 million with his 'modest' income!

It has been learned that CZN Burak, who recently made headlines for being tried with a potential prison sentence of up to 5 years for allegedly conducting unauthorized renovations on a historic building he owns in Istanbul, has purchased a duplex apartment in Teşvikiye, Nişantaşı, for $3.5 million.

CZN Burak, who had been living in a villa with a pool alongside his brother, has moved into the home he purchased in Nişantaşı. CZN Burak will live alone in his Nişantaşı home.

CZN Burak bought his new home from social media influencer Nur Bilen Yavuzer and her husband, plastic surgeon Reha Yavuzer.

A lawsuit had been filed against the famous restaurateur and influencer Burak Özdemir, known by the nickname CZN Burak and boasting 65 million followers, on the grounds that the winter garden at his restaurant in Etiler caused zoning pollution.

The famous influencer, who operates 5 restaurants including one in Dubai, had stated during the hearing he attended that his monthly income was 30,000 lira.
