Famous singer Fatma Turgut caught driving under the influence! License suspended

Famous singer Fatma Turgut, who once served as the lead singer of the band Model, has joined the list of individuals processed for driving under the influence.

According to a report by Sabah, the singer was stopped during a traffic inspection conducted in Beşiktaş on the night of April 28.

Turgut's alcohol test revealed a blood alcohol level of 1.37 promille. An administrative fine was imposed on the famous singer. Additionally, the singer's driver's license was suspended for 6 months.

It was stated that the singer, who noted she was trying to make it to a concert, argued that the traffic stop was a stressful moment for her, that she did not believe she had consumed alcohol, and that the breathalyzer device was malfunctioning.

SHE FILED AN APPEAL

It was learned that Turgut requested the cancellation of the fine and the decision to suspend her license, but the singer's request for the cancellation of the proceedings was not accepted.
