Stating that his emotional structure challenges him, Göçer said, 'I am on the borderline; I might have a case of borderline personality disorder.' He expressed that his obsession with the past is his greatest struggle.
While describing his psychological vulnerability, Göçer said that staying busy saves him from this state, otherwise he would get lost in his own thoughts.
He stated that he chose the medical profession in honor of his brother Serhat, whom he lost before he turned one, and explained how this family tragedy influenced his professional choices.
'LOVE IS A SICK CONCEPT'
The artist also shared his views on the concept of love. Saying, 'Love is a sick concept, a pathological state,' Göçer described his 18-year relationship with his partner Ömür, noting that despite having no common interests, something else keeps them together.
Criticizing himself regarding his private life and fatherhood, Göçer stated that he accepts his past mistakes. He expressed his devotion to his son with the words, 'I would give my life without a second thought.'
