Milor had stated, "The cleanliness is striking. There is meat, lentil soup, pasta, and fruit or dessert. It is incredible that this meal costs 40 TL. I tried the lentil soup. It is delicious. The consistency is very good. The lentil flavor comes through well." He added, "This place is not like a soup kitchen; it is an affordable tradesman restaurant. It does not hurt people's dignity. Ekrem İmamoğlu has read the spirit of the times very well; I hope their numbers increase."

Stating that he was the one who proposed going with IPA President Buğra Gökce, Milor noted that he would resort to legal action against baseless slanders.

Milor's post is as follows:

"My visit to the City Restaurant took place entirely on my own initiative, and I was the one who proposed going with Mr. Buğra. My goal was to evaluate this service from both a gastronomic and sociological perspective, as both a food critic and a sociologist. A restaurant that offers a four-course meal for 40 TL is a remarkable example in terms of both taste and social impact.

I did not receive payment from any institution. I would like to state that from now on, I will resort to legal action against such baseless slanders."
