Instagram removes Oğuzhan Uğur's post! 'How quickly the roles change'

Oğuzhan Uğur had made a post to commemorate police officer Fethi Sekin, who was martyred in the terrorist attack that took place at the İzmir Courthouse on January 5, 2019.

However, Instagram removed this post on the grounds that it “violated community guidelines regarding dangerous individuals and organizations.”

This post, intended to commemorate the martyr Fethi Sekin, was deemed a violation by the platform's rules.

Oğuzhan Uğur reacted to the decision made by the social media platform and announced that his post had been removed via his X account.

Commenting on the situation by saying “How quickly the roles change, don't they?”, Uğur expressed his astonishment that a post intended to commemorate a martyr was removed for such a reason.

Uğur stated, “Instagram has removed the post where I commemorated our martyred police officer Fethi Sekin from 2019… The reason… It is very strange. How quickly the roles change, don't they?”
