The landlord, identified as Batuhan Bey, stated that a two-year contract was signed in 2023, for which Pelin Karahan's husband, Bedri Güntay, also acted as a guarantor.

Batuhan Bey said that the rent due for 2024 has not been paid and that the eviction has not taken place. "We filed a lawsuit in October 2023, and the process is currently ongoing.
