A red notice has been requested for Yiğit Marcus Aral, who threw Kerem Kamışlı, the son of Esas Holding Vice Chairperson Emine Sabancı, into the sea while Kamışlı was dining with his ex-girlfriend, 2018 Miss Turkey winner Şevval Şahin. Aral, who faces up to 34 years in prison for attempted murder, has been sought for 3.5 years.

A new development has occurred in the case of Yiğit Marcus Aral, who threw Kerem Kamışlı into the sea after seeing him dining with his ex-girlfriend, 2018 Miss Turkey winner Şevval Şahin. Following the incident that took place at a restaurant in Üsküdar on June 24, 2021, the trial of Yiğit Marcus Aral, who faces up to 34 years in prison for 'attempted murder with possible intent', 'threats', 'disclosing images and sounds related to private life', and 'insult', began on November 30, 2021.

Despite 3.5 years having passed and an arrest warrant being issued for him, Aral once again failed to attend the hearing.

RED NOTICE REQUEST

According to a report by Sabah, the court stated during the 13th session of the case that the arrest warrant issued for Yiğit Marcus Aral, who is known to live in Miami, USA, has not yet been executed.

Upon this, the attorney for the complainant Kerem Kamışlı stated that the defendant was intentionally avoiding the hearing, saying, "The defendant has committed crimes of insult, threats, and offenses against private life. He attempted to take my client's life. We have a request for a red notice. We request that a red notice decision be issued for him."

The court decided to continue the arrest warrant issued for Yiğit Marcus Aral and to await its execution, adjourning the hearing to a later date.
