Saddening detail regarding the death of Ahu Tuğba

Sad news has arrived regarding master actress of Turkish cinema Ahu Tuğba, who lived in the USA.

The master actor, who starred in numerous films in Yeşilçam, has passed away at his home in Miami at the age of 69.

Ahu Tuğba was involved in a traffic accident last April and underwent treatment in intensive care for 3 weeks following an 8-hour surgery.

The veteran star, who could not fully overcome this process, was being cared for by her daughter, Anjelik.

A distressing detail regarding Tuğba's death has emerged.

It has been learned that Ahu Tuğba's daughter, Anjelik, was at home when she fell ill and that she was the one who notified the police.

Journalist Hakan Solaker stated, "I have just received sad news from Miami, America. My close friend Nur Hekimci called and unfortunately informed me that the famous cinema artist Ahu Tuğba has passed away at her home. Her daughter Anjelik was at the house, and she was the one who reported the situation to the police."

“HER DAUGHTER SAW HER MOTHER AS SHE WAS PASSING AWAY”

Nuri Alço, who announced the news of her death, stated the following in his statement:

"We are trying to bring him to Istanbul. We are trying to get the consulates involved. I spoke with him just yesterday; he was having difficulty breathing. He had asthma."

"One day before she passed away, her daughter Anjelik wanted to take her to the doctor by force, but Ahu said, 'It will pass,' and did not go. Her daughter found her mother having passed away in her bed in the morning," she said.

Film-San Foundation General Manager Kıvanç Terzioğlu announced that they have contacted municipal authorities to bring Ahu Tuğba's body from Miami to Istanbul.
