Trabzonspor's young star Enis Destan got engaged to pilates instructor Arzum Kuruçalı last month.

However, the family dispute that began after the engagement escalated with Gül Destan's social media posts.

Gül Destan, who did not attend her son's engagement, targeted Kuruçalı in statements she made on her Instagram account.

''SHE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR MY SON''

Criticizing everything from the bride-to-be's clothing to her lifestyle in her posts, Gül Destan stated, "I don't think they are a match at all. She is not suitable for my son in terms of physique, lifestyle, or age."

'SHE HAS SET HERSELF UP'

Claiming that the bride-to-be is 10 years older than her son, Gül Destan reacted with the following words:

"She is not my son's equal. She found someone young, handsome, and pure-hearted, would she let him go! Everything has a way of doing things. But this relationship was planned from start to finish outside of our knowledge. We don't know her family; it was not an engagement that followed our customs and traditions."
