Gül Onat rebels: 'What kind of conscience allows you to write such comments to a sick person?'
Famous actress Gül Onat has responded harshly to the negative comments she received on social media during her pancreatic cancer treatment process.
Gül Onat, known for her role as "Perihan Peri" in the series "Sihirli Annem" (My Magical Mom), announced last year that she had been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. The 71-year-old actress expressed her reaction to some negative comments made on the content she shared on social media while continuing her treatment process.

Onat, who could not attend the premiere of the recently released "Sihirli Annem" movie due to her health condition, rebelled against the comments directed at her on social media. Onat provided information about her health, saying, "My dear friends, I am recording this video so you don't worry about me. I am at home, thank God I am doing quite well. I am receiving my treatment."
Onat expressed her reaction to the negative comments she encountered on social media with these words: "How can you write such cruel, such mean comments? Are you all that unhappy, or I don't know, do you feel important when you sit at the keyboard or on social media? Especially, what kind of conscience allows you to write such harsh comments to a sick person like me?"
The famous actress stated that she could not make sense of the people who make such comments, adding, "You are pathetic, what can I say? I embrace you all with love, I kiss you, and I wish you health, most importantly." These statements by Onat resonated widely on social media and she received messages of support from many of her fans.
