Güzide Duran's 18-year marriage has officially ended

Güzide Duran and Adnan Aksoy, who tied the knot in 2008, have concluded their long-standing divorce process. The divorce case, which began last year and did not escape the attention of the tabloid press, was finalized with the court's decision yesterday. Duran's lawyer, Feyza Altun, made a statement following the ruling.

Altun stated, "I would like to inform the public that Güzide Duran has been divorced today. She has concluded the divorce struggle she has been maintaining for a long time with compensation awarded in her favor. My client has never given up on her children. A highly comprehensive visitation schedule has been established by the court. If there is an appeal, the process will continue. However, she is currently a divorced woman. Thank you."

Güzide Duran was born in Mersin on August 4, 1980, and made a name for herself by winning the Best Model of Turkey competition in 1996. Duran, who was the face of many world-renowned brands, appeared on the covers of leading magazines such as Elle, Vogue, and GQ.

The model also made her mark in hosting and acting. Appearing on screen as both a jury member and host in the Proje Moda competition, Duran gained acting experience in series such as "Yeşil Işık," "90-60-90," and "Kurşun Asker." Most recently, she was known to continue sitting on the jury panel for the competition İşte Benim Stilim in 2025.

Güzide Duran, who married Adnan Aksoy in 2008, had two children named Selin and Emir from this marriage.
