Hacı Sabancı responds to paternity suit: 'Neither the first nor the last'
A woman identified as F.D. has filed a paternity suit against prominent businessman Hacı Sabancı, claiming that her 3-year-old son, Uzay D., is his. Hacı Sabancı's lawyer has issued a statement regarding the allegation.
DENSA Holding Vice Chairman Hacı Sabancı married Nazlı Sabancı in 2021. It has been alleged that Sabancı, who has a daughter named Arzu Alara from this marriage, has a son with another woman.
F.D., who claims to have had a relationship with Hacı Sabancı and that her son Uzay was born from this union, has filed a paternity suit against the famous businessman.
F.D. requested that the court conduct an urgent trial to prevent further victimization of Uzay D, determine the biological link between the child and the defendant father through DNA testing, rule on the defendant's paternity, and subsequently register the child in the civil registry.
Hacı Sabancı has responded to the 'paternity suit' claim, which has caused a stir. Sabancı addressed the allegations against him through his lawyer.
FACING SLANDER
Sharing the statement on his social media account, Sabancı published his lawyer's response directly. The statement included the following remarks:
''Hacı Sabancı is facing the claim and slander that he is the father of a child named Uzay."
"Undoubtedly, such claims and slanders will be neither the first nor the last for families and individuals who are recognized by our society and integrated with our country's values."
"We know the purpose of these slanders and we will not remain silent. We will resort to all legal avenues regarding the attacks on my client's happy family union with his wife and daughter, as well as his personal reputation, and we will follow the process closely."
"My client Hacı Sabancı has full faith that the truth will emerge and justice will be served."
