Halit Ergenç reveals his wife Bergüzar Korel's weight loss secret
Regarding his wife and colleague Bergüzar Korel's weight loss process, Halit Ergenç said, "She didn't use any medication; she lost the weight through hard work."
Halit Ergenç, who attended the 28th Yapı Kredi Afife Theatre Awards ceremony, spoke about the matter in response to questions, stating that his wife lost weight by following a regular exercise and diet program.
According to the report by Onur Aydın from Habertürk, Ergenç said, “She both exercises and followed a very controlled diet.
She went through a quite difficult process.
She lost the weight through hard work. She didn't use any medication or supplements.
That's how Bergüzar is; once she sets her mind to something, she follows it through to the end and gets it done."
