Haluk Levent announces 'I am in America': I am honored
Singer and AHBAP President Haluk Levent, who recently made headlines due to health issues, shared a photo taken in America on his social media account.
Singer Haluk Levent, who has long been supporting those in need through the AHBAP Association, has also been in the news recently due to health problems he has faced.
Most recently, Levent, who fell ill while returning from a concert in Eskişehir in May and was hospitalized and kept in intensive care for a while, headed to America after his recovery.
Sharing the offer he received from the United Nations with his followers, Levent used the following expressions:
"I received a very important offer from Najwa Mekki, Communications Director of the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), and her team.
I was asked to travel to crisis regions with the UN and participate in field work. From now on, I will work in the field with the UN OCHA from time to time.
I am honored.
I believe that I will represent my country in the best way possible."
