Hande Yener stated, "False and incorrect news is being reported about my health... My spouse, friends, and loved ones are panicking and messaging me, a story completely unrelated to me claiming my hair fell out from chemotherapy! Everyone around me is asking if I am okay! All of these reports are fake news, please do not take them seriously."
