The court ordered that İnan Kıraç undergo neurological tests at the Forensic Medicine Institute. Recently, İnan Kıraç visited the Forensic Medicine Institute in Yenibosna and appeared before a panel at the 10th Specialized Board of the Forensic Medicine Institute in line with requests for guardianship and legal restriction. There, a series of neurological tests were administered to İnan Kıraç.

The Forensic Medicine Institute submitted the report it prepared regarding İnan Kıraç to the court. The report concluded that İnan Kıraç lacks legal capacity and that a guardian must be appointed.
