Famous comedian Hasan Can Kaya has revealed the amount of annual tax he paid.

According to a report in Forbes Turkey, the famous comedian Hasan Can Kaya, known for his program Konuşanlar broadcast on the digital platform Exxen, stated that he paid approximately 30 million lira in taxes last year.

"I don't know what others earn, but I know how much tax I paid," said Kaya, adding regarding the tax amount, "Actually, it seems I make the state laugh the most."

The tax he paid indicates that Kaya earned between approximately 70 and 80 million TL.
