Kaya included the following statements in his announcement:

Throughout my life, I have not used any prohibited substances, not even cigarettes, and I have not been in such environments. I am confident that the forensic medical test results will be negative and will confirm my innocence.
Naturally, no criminal elements were found during the search of my residence as part of the investigation. The process is proceeding entirely within the legal framework and in cooperation with the authorized institutions.
I kindly ask that you do not give credence to unrealistic and unverified posts, and that you do not take into account comments made outside of official statements. I love you all very much.”
TEST RESULT NEGATIVE
The forensic medical examination of the blood and hair samples taken from Hasan Can Kaya as part of the investigation has been completed. It was reported that no findings of any narcotic substances were encountered in the analyses and that the test result came back negative.
