Hazal Kaya returns to the set with 'Şakir Paşa Ailesi'

Hazal Kaya returns to the set with 'Şakir Paşa Ailesi'

Hazal Kaya, who received great acclaim for her role in the series "Midnight at the Pera Palace" broadcast on a digital platform, is returning to the set.

ACCEPTED THE OFFER

Kaya has accepted the role offer presented by producer Fatih Aksoy for the series "Şakir Paşa Ailesi: Mucizeler ve Skandallar". In the later episodes of the series, Kaya will portray the adult version of Aliye Berger, one of Turkey's first etching and engraving artists. Azra Aksu will play Berger's childhood years.

FIRE HAD OCCURRED ON THE SET

The series, whose story was written by Hande Altaylı and filmed on a private set in Kartal, made headlines last year due to a major fire disaster. Filming was briefly paused following the fire that occurred in the final week of 2024. The fire, which was reported to have been caused by an electrical fault, caused the producer a loss of 50 million TL.

With the completion of the repair work, the production team has resumed filming.
