Murat Başoğlu (born May 28, 1968, in İzmir) is a Turkish presenter, model, actor, and businessperson.

Başoğlu, who began his acting career in 1993, became known for the television program "Sabah Şekerleri," which he co-hosted with Şebnem Dönmez. Later, he worked as an actor and model in addition to hosting various programs. He manages his own company focused on advertising and design products. He hosted the program "Benzemez Kimse Sana" three times. In 2015, he appeared in the series "Çilek Kokusu."

In 2017, the revelation that he had an incestuous relationship with his own niece caused a bombshell effect in the tabloid press and in Turkey, and was discussed for a long time. A lawsuit was filed against him by the Bodrum 4th Criminal Court of First Instance, seeking up to 1 year in prison for the crime of "behaving indecently."
