Historian, academic, and author İlber Ortaylı met with master actress Nebahat Çehre.

It was learned that the two masters chatted about history and art.

At the end of the meeting, Ortaylı gifted Çehre his book titled 'How to Live a Life?'.

İlber Ortaylı had drawn attention in recent months with his statement regarding Turkish historical TV series:

"There are very amateur scripts that do not conform to historical reality. However, one thing is very important there; the actors are actors; the extras are not men running around clumsily. Everyone is tall and well-built. Everyone knows music, it is very clear that everyone has had dance training.

They have done sports. The patterns have changed. The textile industry has developed. And music has developed. Therefore, this has suddenly changed the Turkish image"
