Renowned historian İlber Ortaylı was a guest of journalist Candaş Tolga Işık on the Kafa TV channel on YouTube. Speaking on the program 'İlber Ortaylı ile Cahille Sohbeti Kestim' (I Stopped Conversing with the Ignorant with İlber Ortaylı), Ortaylı revealed the most difficult language to learn.
In response to Candaş Tolga Işık's question about the 'most difficult language to learn,' Ortaylı answered Russian.
"VERY DIFFICULT"
"Russian is very difficult. In all of grammar, you learn all the rules for the sake of the exceptions. There are as many exceptions as there are words with rules."
