Influencer Merve Taşkın announces she will leave the country once her house arrest ends!

Social media influencer Merve Taşkın faced numerous complaints to CİMER after announcing she would go to dinner with those who were alone on February 14 for 400 thousand TL. Taşkın, who gave a statement on charges of 'obscenity', was released under house arrest after being taken into custody.

Taşkın, who experienced issues with her electronic monitoring device during her house arrest, expressed her fear of being taken into custody again when police arrived at her home early in the morning. Meanwhile, the influencer continues to share posts frequently from her home and receives numerous messages from her fans.

Most recently, a follower asked Merve Taşkın, "What is the first thing you will do when your sentence ends?" The influencer replied, "I suppose it will be to bid farewell to my country and leave here for good."

Merve Taşkın had announced in 2023 that she had moved to Bali. In her statement, she said, "The court processes I have experienced in Turkey and the pressure from my country that I am an obscene person have become unbearable; therefore, I have decided to leave my country.
