İrem Derici: 'I won't upset myself over a man'

Singer İrem Derici, who was a guest on Hülya Avşar's YouTube program "A Hülya Avşar Conversation," made statements regarding her private life.

The famous singer, who embarked on a new romance with director Gökhan Fırat shortly after breaking up with former "Survivor" contestant Atakan Işıktutan, said the following:

"I have no tolerance. My longest relationship lasted a year and a half. It's never clear what the future will hold. I was cheated on once, and I was forced to leave. Other than that, I have always been the one to leave in all my relationships. There is no one I have ever gone back to after leaving. From now on, I will never upset myself over a breakup or a boyfriend. Even if I'm dying of love, I will move on the next day. I can't be sad, I can't be sad. I don't think I have time for emotions. After my illness, I had reduced my ambitions. Now I am even more ambitious. If a song of mine comes out and it doesn't hit, I go crazy at home."
